Nine’s tepid box office success is probably giving this one to (500) Days of Summer, despite its overwhelming meh-ness.

I think Disney’s return to hand-drawn animation with The Princess and The Frog will get them the award, although Up has a solid chance thanks to Pixar’s award show dominance. Dark horse-The Fantastic Mr. Fox.
